Prime Melbourne CBD View Apartment

Positive: The best nights sleep I have had. Very comfortable bed. The pool is warm even in winter. Not crowded. The view is looking out over Marvel Stadium. Very beautiful at night. The room was more than you could ask for. Washer, drier, big shower, big fridge, dish washer, fold out couch, little balcony. Highly recommend. Negative: There wasn't anything not to like.

I will not return. Positive: The location is what I liked about the property. Negative: Property smelled like urine but I think it was the cleaning product used. Dirty mop was left on the small balcony. Wet sheets and towels from the prev. occupants were left in the dryer drying when I arrived. Basically the apartment was nothing like the photos. Stained carpets, arm chair stained, couch hard and when I raised this, the response was received as offensive (I was told) and customer contact was in Spain. I booked as soon as the apartment was listed and at that point there no reviews. Think about this before booking.
