Scammers !!!! Never book Hudson soul stays hotel The photos you see online aren’t real Positive: Nothing honestly Negative: It’s a very dodgy run business They run it from Spain I think I they’re scammers I don’t think this property should be posted on a respectable website like booking.com I was shocked I booked a room before I started driving from Sydney to Melbourne it’s a round 11 hours drive When I arrived I was shocked to find that they do t have a sign that indicates to a hotel There’s no clear address not even a reception desk They have a phone number that’s is (Spanish number ) it’s a number with Spain code And they speak Spanish and it always directs you to voice mail I tried calling and emailing them they replied later to to one of my emails to tell me that I had to verify my identity through a Link which I’ve never done in my 43 years life I arrived late and I Was so exhausted I excepted to find a legit hotel with a reception desk so I can provide my id and credit card but no this wasn’t the case I tried calling booking.com customer service but the lady told me I had to Wait 45 minutes to get a reply they she can cancel and refund my money Later I got an email saying that the booking was still valid and I had to verify my identity through alibi online which I don’t trust I don’t know why hat I’m putting my identity and my credit card into It could a scam or it could be compromised online I ended up booking another hotel in person To be honest I’m very very disappointed and I lost my money for a very poor customer service and later on they emailed me and they were rude

Positive: The bed was extremely comfortable, the view was really and the facilities are confortable ! Negative: There is a lack of kitchen equipment to cook well (Pan, Colander, knife, etc)
